High Jump

Fosbury flop - The fosbury flop is a technique that High jumpers have been using for years. It was first used by Dick Fosbury who won a gold medal in 1968 summer Olympics. The fosbury flop is when you run up to the high bar, turn around before you jump, and jump backwards into a falling position with your legs and arm facing the ceiling.

Sprints Starter - To start with sprints you must go up to the line, then take two and a half steps backwards. When someone says on your marks you must kneel down, place dominant foot down as your front foot, the other foot behind you. when someone says get set you puts your hips above your head and when someone says so you push off your front foot and start running.
