Texas "Makeover" Muffins
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Wholemeal flour
1/2 Cup white flour
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Mashed bananas
1/4 Cup Unsweetened low fat yoghurt
2 Tbsp Canola oil
1 Egg
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
Method
1. Heat oven on 180c on fan bake
2. Mix all the wet ingredients ( Banana, Yoghurt, Oil, Egg.)
3. Sift and mix all the dry ingredients ( Wholemeal Flour, White four, Brown Sugar, Baking powder, Chocolate chips.)
4. Mix the wet and dry ingredients
5. Spoon the batter halfway up your tray and bake for approximately 15 minutes, or when cooked through and browned.

We were told by a tester that it was pretty good but it was a little undercooked, that was our fault because we wanted to get it out quickly.
