Tulips

Today for science we were making origami tulips, everyone was making two dimensional tulips while I made a three dimensional one. We were then asked to answer questions for our flowers/plants.

The everyday name for this flower is a Tulip and the scientific name is Tulipa. Tulips are found in Turkey and Central Asia. They are native to both these countries. It is used as decoration for indoors and outdoor.

One part of the flower is the flower, it is used for reproduction and to look pretty. Another part of the plant is the leaves, The leaves are used for photosynthesis, to give colour to the flower. another part of the flower is the stem, that holds the plant together

This is the tutorial if you want to make one.

This is my tulip
