Circuit Training

For P.E we have been working on our personal fitness and how we can make ourselves fitter. We were asked to create a fitness circuit that was personalised for ourselves. A fitness circuit is your own personal workout created to help you strengthen your abilities. This is what I have selected as my training circuit, I hope to complete this once a day.


Squat Jumps
10 reps
Bench Dips
10 Reps
Jump Rope
1 Min
Calf Raises
15 Reps
Abdominal Crunches 
15 Reps
Jump Rope
1 Min
Bench Dips
10 Reps
Squat Jumps
10 Reps
